RETURNS
Returns (for refund of purchase price minus a 10% of purchase price handling fee) are accepted within 30 days of original shipment date. Returned paintings must be in perfect condition. Refund checks will be mailed within 3 business days of receipt of returned painting and verification of condition. Purchaser respoonsible for return shipping costs including shipping insurance for purchase price of painting.

Prices are F.O.B. Birmingham, AL 35244 and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs (quoted upon request) are the responsibility of purchaser. Paintings will be insured for purchase price.
PAYMENTS
Money orders, cashier's checks and person checks accepted. No credit cards. Orders will ship within 10 business days after the receipt of money order, cashier's check, or clearance of personal checks by your bank. Allow up to two weeks for personal checks to clear.
